70s black and white dress with tuxedo blouse and matching tie belt by Jane Baar.
Features bishop sleeves with elastic ruffled cuffs, a tuxedo front trimmed in black with stud buttons, an elastic waist, an a-line skirt and a black tie belt.
It's lightweight and sheer with a flowy skirt and the tuxedo shirt style "stud" buttons are a super cute touch.
Excellent vintage condtion: no holes, fading, stains or repairs. There are markers, from when it was made, showing where to place the buttons. These don't show when it's buttoned up
