1960s Day Dress in Turquoise and Coco with Filigree Embroidery- 60s Shirt Dress - 60s Women's Vintage Size Medium

1960s shirt dress in a soft cocoa brown and bright turquoise with matching belt.

Features yoked shoulder, fabric-covered buttons, vertical tailoring darts, cuffed short sleeves, a fitted waist, matching belt, beautiful filigree embroidery on the left chest and mid back, and a full skirt pleated at the waist. Pictured here with a modest vintage petticoat to show the fullness of the skirt-petticoat not included. I absolutely love this dress and it's the perfect every day wearable vintage item. The bodice has a bowling shirt look to it, which is such a cool detail.
The fabric feels like a soft, flowy cotton/rayon blend. This is from an estate sale where it was lovingly cared for. I believe, this was a custom-made piece (it is professionally made and has pinking shear edges at the seams). it has to be the only one like it.

Excellent vintage condition: no holes, tears, stains, fading, stains or repairs. The matching belt has a little crinkle to it but has no effect on its beauty.

Freshly dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
