1970's Cotton Caftan with Chain Stitch Embroidery 70s Loungewear 70's Women's Vintage

Oh so groovy 1970s kaftan in bright red with white print and ornate chain stitch embroidery.

The empire waist is adjustable with a tie belt underneath to make it fit just so. The back waist (at regular waist height) is also adjustable with a tie belt underneath. This gives it a sort of kimono /butterfly look and it's SO pretty.
There is no fabric content label but feels like 100% cotton.

The kaftan is a true vintage staple and the perfect to lounge or entertain in.

Excellent vintage condition, no holes, stains, tears or repairs. No fading,color is still vibrant.

Hand washed and hung dry and steamed by me, ready to wear.

Fairly open sizing, pictured here on a size 10 mannequin. There is no stretch to the fabric. Please see measurements:
